The trip starts by local Express Boat passing through the multitude of winding picturesque canals which earned Bangkok the title of "Venice of the East" and temples. Klongmon canal – Bangkhunsri canal, klongchak - pra canal - Bangkok-noi canal. The excursion offers a view of authentic riverside lifestyles, such as houses on stilts and children playing in the water. Then at Wat Keelex transfer to
the sedate converted Rice Barge Boat for a leisurely trip back towards the
city - along the Chao Phraya River cruising past the Royal Barge,
National Museum, Royal Grand Palace, and Wat Arun - the Temple of

River and into a large klong (c
anal) on the Thonburi side in a long-tailed
speed boat. Its many canals had originally given Bangkok
the name “Venice of the East.” Be taken back in time to a more traditional way of life, far removed
from Bangkok's modern skyscrapers. You will see modern
as well as traditional teakwood houses on stilts. The cruise continues past the impressive "Temple
of Dawn" (known as Wat Arun). the splendidly
carved and ornamented Royal Barges - one of the most powerful symbols of
