**Itinerary Guide & Time approximate**
08:00	Your guide and driver will collect you and your fellow tourists from the agreed hotel pick-up points throughout the city, before departing Bangkok to Nakorn Pathom Province -about 30Km South of Bangkok - Enjoy a scenic drive through the beautiful greenbelt
09:00	At your first stop your guide will walk you through a local fresh market at Salaya describing the various colourful fruit and life product on offer. Mingle with the local people doing their purchases of ingredients, vegetables, fresh food and seasonal fruits for the day's cooking and family meals. This will last about 20minutes allowing you plenty of time to take in the full aroma and lots of pictures Then proceed to Lumphaya pier passing rice fields, Lotus ponds and much more, make a short stop at coconut grove to see the processing of palm sugar from coconut sap then board the local sculling boat drifting along the Nakorn Chaisri River for about 30minutes. You have the chance to see the local people living and working on both side of the river bank. Along the river banks there are numerous farm such as paddy fields, water cress frog & fish farming, fruit orchards ,etc.
10:30	Enjoy walking through the 170 years old Thai-Chinese settlement at Bann Lumphaya, then comes to the highlight of the tour and enjoy your first hand experience of cooking Thai food at the Baan Suan- Garden House.
11:45	Lunch, that you help to cook will be served, your main dish will be Tom Yum Goong, Gaeng Gai Kiew Whan,Gai Bai Toey , Kway Teow Paad Thai( you will soon learn to know and experience what it is all about.) Local fruits, tea, coffee and water will follow.
13:15	After lunch visit the nearby local wickerwork village where you can see the ladies weaving and making baskets,mats, furnitures using dry and cured water Hycinth fiber
14:00	Stop at the biggest Orchid Farm in Nathon Pathom to learn and see how they grow exotic orchid flowers for export. Here our lady Guest will be presented with a bunch of fresh cut orchid flowers.
